​MyBirthMark was born from a place between worlds.

As a practising gynaecologist and obstetrician, I’ve stood beside women through some of life’s most powerful and vulnerable moments. I’ve witnessed the strength of the body, the miracles of modern medicine—and the silent, invisible weight many women carry into the birth room.

For years, I carried a quiet knowing that more was at play.
More than blood pressure, scans, or centimetres.
More than contractions and protocols.

There were stories. Beliefs. Fears.
Sometimes inherited, sometimes lived, often hidden.
And these unseen forces shaped not just birth, but emotional wellbeing—and generations to come.

Through my journey with the School of Shamanic Womancraft, I found permission to trust what I already knew in my bones: that inner wisdom is as vital as any clinical knowledge.

If we want to change a woman’s experience, we must tend to her inner world.
